Eat better, exercise, sleep more, don't smoke, and have healthy relationships right? Often, knowing is only half the battle. Actually implementing the actions is the hard part- especially on your own. You may benefit from a health coach if you feel stuck or overwhelmed in one or multiple areas of wellness. A health coach can be that extra boost of accountability, reassurance, and support.
What will I receive from this health coaching service?
Free, 1 time, 30 minute discovery call. Let's explore if coaching is right for you!
Typically, two 45-60 minute coaching calls per month. These can be broken up into shorter weekly check ins.
"Add Ons" such as additional coaching calls, kitchen clean outs, food shopping trips, mini personal training sessions...
